After trying EVERY doughnut shop in my entire area, I decided that for the truly tasty, unique cake donut I was searching for, I’d have to create it myself. And so my quest for a perfect baked cake doughnut began…and now I’ve gone doughnut crazy!!
Lucky for me, and all of you, I have found some absolutely amazing flavor combinations! Better yet, I still have so many more flavors to try! I can barely contain my doughnut excitement!!
The pictures above are a basic cake with chocolate ganache glaze, delicious orange cake with orange glaze (made with fresh squeezed orange juice and zest), and my amazingly flavorful spice cake with maple glaze.
When I started on this quest, it was personal, but now, I’m pleased to be able to offer my fabulous doughnut flavors at Kitsch Confections! I’m working on a doughnut menu, but I know I will have to keep adding flavors as I discover them! If you have any ideas feel free to share them! I’m definitely open to new flavorful ideas!
